We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee all accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial reporting. Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software are also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing data transactions on the system
  • Analyzing financial information
  • Reconciling accounts with the general ledger and considering accruals and provisions
  • Filing tax returns
  • Completing monthly closing activities, including data validation, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Issuing periodic reports
  • Preparing data for internal and external audits
  • Coordinating with team members to monitor asset disposals, additions, and movements
  • Managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries

Must-haves include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, preferably with a certification
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational or large firm
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
