Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to collaborate with the Technical Project Manager in managing, coordinating, and reporting on various projects within an organization.

This role will also be responsible for PMO-related tasks and supporting customer implementation projects, especially for software solutions.

As a key team member, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, documentation, and communication.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Project Manager in tracking activities, timelines, and coordination
  • Assist in setting up and improving the Project Administration (PMO) function at an organization
  • Maintain and support project governance, processes, tools, and documentation
  • Train and assist teams in adopting project tools and practices
  • Coordinate reporting, communication, and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders
  • Support tracking of milestones, tasks, change requests, and implementation activities
  • Support administrative tasks including procurement, resource coordination, budgets, and travel
  • Ensure compliance with agreed project and PMO processes

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in software solution delivery
  • Experience working with software development processes and Agile/Scrum delivery
  • Experience supporting customer implementation projects
  • Resourceful – demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary education in a business or technical discipline
  • Process improvement and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adjust working hours to support global teams and on-site project needs
