Job Opportunity

As a Senior Financial Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining project budgets, including annual, quarterly, and monthly planning and rolling forecasts.
  • Coordinating with Central Cost Controller/Project Manager to optimize project cash flow, revenues, and GM contribution.
Invoicing and Tax Compliance
  • Ensuring timely invoicing and tax compliance, including bonds, guarantees, and financial accounting and reporting.
  • Driving and seeking optimization of project cash flow, revenues, and GM contribution.
Risk Management and Opportunity Identification
  • Participating in opportunity/risk identification and ensuring that all required mitigation actions are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing and having joint responsibility for all financial aspects of the project, including estimate at completion, cost-to-complete, forecasted revenues, and cash flow.
Commercial Awareness and Support
  • Promoting commercial awareness within the project team and providing commercial input to the project execution plan.
  • Providing support to the execution team and being an integral part of the project team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong follow-up skills.
  • Go-getter approach.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP.
Educational Qualification:

MBA Finance / CA-Inter / ICWA

Work Experience:

Total experience of 6 to 10 years
