About the Role

The Student Admission Executive will be a key member of our Admissions team, supporting both the Admissions and UEA Global teams. This critical role is instrumental in delivering fast turnaround times, efficient application processing, compliance, and credibility checks to various stakeholders, including applicants and partner agents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Admissions Data Management & Integrity:
    • Receive and review applications, transcripts, and other required documents from students/agents on Salesforce.
    • Evaluate academic and English credentials to determine admissibility to university programs, making informed decisions.
    • Contact applicants for pending documents, checking eligibility and validating documents, uploading, and revising offers.
    • Verify the authenticity of academic documents, English language proficiency, and letters of recommendation.
    • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Support the admissions team and UEA Global team with pre-arrival registrations.
    • Establish contact with students for timely arrivals.
    • Review and coordinate mailboxes and upload documentation daily.
    • Respond to email inquiries.
    • Participate in weekly staff meetings.
  • Others:
    • Have a good understanding of UK visa financial requirements to conduct financial checks before CAS issuance.
    • Credibility interviews of applicants before and/or after receipt of initial deposits in certain cases and markets.
    • Verification with banks as required.

General Information

Role holders are expected to undertake other appropriate duties as may be requested by management.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 10am-6pm, with evening and weekend work expected during busy periods.
