Seeking a Dedicated Education Counsellor

The role of an education counsellor is to provide guidance to students in making informed decisions about their academic and career paths.

  • Develop productive engagement with K12 schools, including faculty training, counsellor workshops, and student visits to the university.
  • Plan and execute activities for brand building and marketing in educational fairs.
  • Maintain knowledge of CRM and lead generation online/offline, as well as target-oriented strategies.
  • Conduct counselling sessions for marketing coordinators and school students, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with the assigned region/geography to meet enrolment targets, organiser events, and counsel students in such events.
  • Manage MIS and create daily reports and trackers to share with leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Academic Institutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
  • Team player with proactive approach.
  • Ability to present to large groups of students.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
