Responsibilities
  • Develop productive engagement with K12 schools through faculty training, counsellor workshops, student visits to university.
  • Plan activities for brand building and marketing in educational fairs.
  • Understand lead generation online / offline and target-oriented performance.
  • Counsel students on key requirements and conduct sessions for marketing coordinators and school students.
  • Comfortable working on assigned enrolment targets from assigned region/geography.
  • Organize engagement activities, events, and counsel students in such events.
  • Maintain MIS and create daily reports and trackers to share with leadership.
  • Counsel students on academic and career paths, provide guidance on course selection, majors, and career options.
  • Engage with Schools, colleges, and Outreach team for support in supplies of collaterals, collating application forms data, and general coordination.
  • Manage various databases relevant to Marketing and Outreach.
Requirements
  • MBA Degree in sales and marketing.
  • Proven experience in Academic Institutions for not less than 5 years.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
