The University Marketing Department is looking for experienced and passionate candidates to work at the Campus.

Position: Manager - Admissions & Outreach

Job Location: MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur

Responsibilities

- Work with K12 schools to develop productive engagement viz. faculty training, counsellor workshops, student visits to university.
- Planning activities for brand building and marketing in educational fairs
- Shall possess knowledge of CRM,
- Must know lead generation online / offline and target oriented.
- Understand the key requirement and Conduct Counselling sessions for marketing coordinators and school students.
- Comfort with working on assigned enrolment targets from the assigned region/ geography.
- Organize engagement activities, events and actively counsel students in such events.
- Maintain MIS and create daily reports and trackers to share with the leadership.
- Education counselling students to make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. They provide guidance on course selection, majors, and career options.
- Engage with the Schools, colleges and Outreach team for support in supplies of collaterals, collating application forms data, and general coordination to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage various databases relevant to Marketing and Outreach.
- Work in coordination with all departments

Qualifications

- MBA Degree in sales and Marketing
- Proven experience in Academic Institutions for not less than 5years.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Enthusiastic team player and proactive
- Ability to make presentation to large number of students.
- Excellent MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
