Job Title: Technical Customer Support Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Customer Support Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in SaaS technical support or customer operations.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.* Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL.* Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk.* Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment is preferred.
