Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and resolving incidents to minimize disruption to business operations.

Your primary focus will be on providing expert support for service desk operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues. This includes utilizing the Service Now platform to track, manage, and report incidents and service requests.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will implement and maintain Windows-based systems to ensure optimal performance and security, oversee networking infrastructure to guarantee reliable connectivity and data flow, and deliver remote desktop support to users, providing seamless access to necessary resources.

You will collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery and optimize IT processes, analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive measures.

Furthermore, you will develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures, ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cards and payments domain, and provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools.

Finally, you will monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades and patches, and support hybrid work model by ensuring secure and efficient remote access solutions.

Requirements
  • Proven expertise in incident management and service desk operations

  • Experience with Windows systems and networking infrastructure
  • Capability in remote desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of cards and payments domain and its IT requirements
