We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical troubleshooting support over the phone to a global customer base.

This role involves handling basic technical assistance queries related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and general communication services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and resolve customer issues efficiently.
