Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Lead

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • We develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • We create custom plugins, workflows, and CRM extensions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, taking into account scalability and maintainability.
  • We integrate Web Services, REST/ODATA APIs, and Azure Integration Services into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, fostering seamless data exchange and synchronization.
  • We design and develop PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, and Dataverse solutions, driving business efficiency and productivity.
  • We optimize SQL Server performance and write stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning scripts, ensuring optimal database operations.
  • We apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality projects, emphasizing teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM 2016 or newer is required.
  • Proficiency in developing custom plugins, workflows, and CRM extensions is essential.
  • Strong experience in SQL Server, including writing stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning, is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly valued.
