About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Partnerships Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our corporate clients within a designated division or segment. Your primary focus will be on building trust, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster deep connections with clients to understand their financial goals, challenges, and specific needs related to their industry or segment.
- Financial Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our financial products and services, including loans, credit facilities, deposit products, and treasury services.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving financial service-related issues or concerns.
- Business Solutions: Collaborate with clients to provide customized financial solutions and products that align with their specific business needs.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional financial products or services to clients, enhancing our share of wallet.
- Financial Analysis: Work closely with clients to assess their financial health, creditworthiness, and risk profiles, informing tailored financial solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial interactions and transactions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
