Corporate Interior Project Lead

As a seasoned project leader at a leading organization, you will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our team, ensuring that objectives are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing an effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects. This includes managing multiple projects from design to construction, while maintaining control over budget, schedule, and client satisfaction.

  • Implement and maintain an effective project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
    • Manage project scope, including risk allowance, and monitor/control changes/variations to ensure projects are completed within schedule while meeting client needs and business objectives.
      • Cultivate collaboration among all project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams.
        • Supervise the performance of delegated responsibilities by the design and project management/site delivery team.
          • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and business partners to drive project completion.
            • Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and Company.

Key Qualifications:

  • Detailed-oriented individual with a process-driven approach.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in building construction industry.
      • Proven track record in managing multiple corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
        • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil or Mechanical Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline.
          • Familiarity with individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
            • Excellent team leadership and client-facing experience.
              • Tech-savvy with experience in adopting digital technology initiatives.
                • Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
                  • Independent worker with minimal supervision.
