Job Overview

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver high-end interior design and fit-out projects across various sectors. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to world-class quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects from concept to completion with effective project scope definition, timelines, and deliverables aligned with client expectations and design teams' goals.
  • Drive the full project lifecycle through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and handover while ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and fit-out execution.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
  • Experience working with luxury interiors or international clients is an asset.
