Lead Interior Designer Opportunity

As a Lead Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing interior design solutions for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing them with tailored design solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for our clients, from initial consultation to final design implementation.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their design goals, preferences, and expectations.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide on-site consultations.
  • Design and implement interior design solutions, including space planning, color schemes, and furniture selection.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Proven experience in interior design, preferably in residential projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Sketchup software and other design tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in residential project management.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design software and tools.
