Job Description\

As an organizational leader, you will oversee the revenue of a region and manage key performance indicators for both business growth and people development.

  • City Governance & SOP Adherence\
    • \
    • Drive compliance across on-ground teams through regular governance checks and process frameworks.\
    • Identify operational control gaps impacting service quality, timelines, or costs.\
    \
  • Risk & Non-Compliance Management\
    • \
    • Monitor and resolve governance risks related to financial, operational, or service quality issues.\
    • Address non-compliance deviations from internal stakeholders including design teams, project managers, supply chain coordination teams, and operations teams.\
    • Flag repeated incidents and drive corrective actions and policy reinforcement.\

  • Audit Readiness & Documentation\
    • \
    • Maintain all project and partner documentation in audit-ready format.\
    • Lead internal audits and ensure timely closure of findings.\
    • Track and update governance metrics through structured dashboards.\
    \
  • Stakeholder & Partner Coordination\
    • \
    • Liaise with teams to reinforce a governance-first mindset.\
    • Work with partners to ensure clarity on compliance expectations and accountability.\
    • Conduct workshops and refreshers to educate stakeholders on new or revised SOPs.\
    \
  • Reporting & Escalation Management\
    • \
    • Prepare compliance reports and governance scorecards for business reviews.\
    • Escalate recurring non-compliances or systemic partner issues to senior leadership.\
    • Present RCA and recommend preventive measures.\
    \
    Required Skills & Qualifications\
    • \
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in Design. An MBA would be an added advantage.\
    • Typically spent at least 6 to 7 years in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team or selling design products/services.\
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.\
    • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.\
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, including direct team reporting.\
    • Significant personal and professional drive to improve the standing of Design and Design experience.\
    • Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry processes and market trends.\
