Job Description:

The Senior Project Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception through to final delivery. This dynamic position requires effective multitasking as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assume full ownership of projects, starting from the initial pitching stage and navigating through each phase until project delivery.
  • Successfully handle and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating efficient project management skills.
  • Showcase proficiency in project planning and management, implementing strategies that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Utilize expertise in site handling, overseeing work execution, and managing the site and vendors to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of vendors, particularly focusing on the region, to support project requirements.
  • Demonstrate instinctive leadership qualities to effectively manage the team, fostering collaboration and achieving project milestones.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to interact seamlessly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess relevant experience in effectively managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Graduation Degree in Engineering or Architecture is required.
  • Masters Degree in Construction Management/Project Management would be given preference.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Showcase tech-savviness with a successful track record of adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Work well under pressure and demonstrate the capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
