We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should bring strong design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the flexibility to visit project sites.

  • Conceptualise and develop design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing detailed designs and plans to bring these concepts to life.
  • Working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
