About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team as an intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

  • Understand customer preferences during festive gifting through direct engagement and feedback.
  • Educate customers on our product range, including tasting notes and origin stories, through sample tastings.
  • Increase brand awareness and drive sales during Diwali via personalized interactions.
  • Identify and develop young talent who may be suitable for future organizational roles.
Job Description:
  • Interact with store customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Presentation of tasting notes and product origins, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Facilitation of product tastings, allowing customers to experience our products firsthand.
  • Collection of structured feedback/data regarding gifting preferences, informing future product development and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure accurate information dissemination, maintaining transparency and trust with customers.
  • Customer Insights: Rich, on-ground data regarding gifting behavior and product preferences for use in future product development and marketing.
  • Brand Perception: Improved brand connection via informed ambassadors who communicate unique product qualities.
  • Talent Pipeline: Early identification of promising interns eligible for full-time opportunities.
