Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive B2B sales for inspection and structural health monitoring solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders in metro rail projects, bridges, airports, and airlines to identify opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and safety/engineering teams
  • Present customized automation-driven solutions to convert leads into successful closures
  • Analyze client challenges to develop business-critical solutions with measurable impact
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, Excel-based reporting, and MOM documentation
  • Track daily activities, pipeline progress, and overall sales performance

Responsibilities also involve assessing safety, structural damage, and residual life of assets across metros, bridges, airplanes, and airports, translating client needs into customized solutions, and traveling as required for business growth and relationship management.

Requirements:
  • 3-10 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in infrastructure, aviation, automation, or clean-tech industries
  • Exposure to large-scale projects in metros, bridges, airlines, airports, or safety auditing firms
  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and reporting formats
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and closures
