Job Title: Sales Manager for Oncology Division

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Diagnostic Setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on the oncology division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Allocate yearly forecast among individual sales territories.
  • Monitor and report monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan.
  • Hire, train and retain employees. Provide developmental guidance to direct reports and ensure adequate coaching.
  • Explain and facilitate adoption of the company's tests by Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Min. 4 - 7 years of Sales experience in Pharma / Diagnostic / Healthcare Segment with the dedicated focus to Oncology Division only.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to grasp and explain complex scientific concepts.
  • Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated professional.

What We Offer:

  • Upto 10 Lacs per annum (Gross CTC) + Field Allowances as per company's existing policy structure.

Location: Delhi - NCR, Jaipur, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh / Ludhiana, etc.
