Gear Shaft

DCS Group seeks an experienced leader to oversee the operations of its Gear Shaft & Gear Division. As the HOD, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Gear Shaft & Gear Division to achieve business targets and ensure effective operations
• Develop and execute divisional strategies, goals, and targets
• Manage and coordinate projects within the division, including resource allocation and budget oversight
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve divisional performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on Gear Shaft & Gear Division
• Expertise in gear manufacturing processes, such as machining, heat treatment, and surface finishing
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
