We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Renewals Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions during the renewal cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts.
  • Notification and assistance with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal is also part of your duties.
  • You will identify and pursue upsell opportunities within your customer base.
  • In addition, you will ensure invoice accuracy and collaborate closely with Finance to guarantee timely payment collection.
  • Analyze data and trends to uncover growth opportunities and optimize business performance.
  • You must also be open to leveraging AI in repetitive tasks and willing to learn how to automate tasks using AI.

To excel in this role, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with SaaS-based applications are also essential.

A successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
