Job Title: Renewals Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the renewal process by analyzing client data and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of driving customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Representatives on renewal document preparation.
  • Work with employees across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to identify actions needed to support successful renewal processes.
  • Budget and forecast revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience executing and analyzing customer data to assist in smooth renewal processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM and renewal management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and scale, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
