Job Summary

This is a dynamic and collaborative role that supports project managers in the planning and execution of IT and software development projects.

  • Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Support effective communication among project team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and prepare for project meetings, ensuring agendas are comprehensive and action items are followed up on.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in software development or IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges.
