Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for performing critical functions within the Performance Marketing team, including keyword/copy creation, billing, trafficking and Q/A, as well as developing, optimizing, and maintaining search campaigns.


This opportunity will provide a platform to partner with leading consumer brands. The successful candidate will have experience working in primary PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Amazon) and be able to perform daily management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Amazon and other biddable platforms for clients.


The ideal candidate will be up to date with search engine and PPC / biddable industry trends and developments, monitor web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, drive campaign analysis and building insights for the client, and use AdWords and Facebook editors to perform bulk actions.


Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, ability to work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines, excellent writing, math, multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills, and expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


Preferred qualifications include a Graduate/Post Graduate Degree or related work experience, concentration in Marketing, Finance, Digital Media, Accounting, or related field, and Google ad Certified Professional status.


Previous agency experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
