Role Overview
We are seeking a result-driven Performance & Digital Marketing Executive
to manage and optimize our digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable ROI, scaling digital acquisition channels, and enhancing brand presence through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Manage PPC, SEM, and display campaigns with a focus on CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion optimization.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Execute SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve organic visibility.
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic analytics, and backlink performance.
- Support website optimization for lead generation and user experience.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure an SEO-driven content strategy.
Social Media & Branding
- Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Develop engaging content ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new digital opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., for campaign monitoring.
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor budgets, track spends, and ensure campaigns are within allocated budgets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
. - Hands-on experience with
SEO tools
(SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog). - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker, and reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of
lead generation funnels
and
conversion rate optimization (CRO)
. - Creative mindset with strong copywriting and content collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing and digital campaigns (preferably in B2B SaaS / IT services / Cybersecurity).
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
