Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Workforce Management Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing the workforce planning and management processes.

  • In this role, you will be accountable for capacity planning, staff planning, scheduling, real-time monitoring, financial planning, client engagement, and stakeholder management.
  • You will ensure the accuracy of billing processes and procedures for all clients within the site, which involves close collaboration with stakeholders and clients to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • The successful candidate will identify and report on account profitability opportunities and recommend strategies to improve campaign processes.
  • Furthermore, you will be held accountable for schedule adherence, service level, absenteeism, and other key performance metrics.
  • In addition, you will forecast and prepare for voice and non-voice volume, monitor seat occupancy, average handle time, and other factors to measure campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • To achieve 100% accuracy and speed of delivery requirements, you will implement scheduling strategies and initiatives to enable the business to meet its objectives.
  • You will also manage campaigns in accordance with company policies, procedures, and client service level metrics and expectations.
