At Network People Services Technologies Ltd. (NPST- Banking and Payment Solutions), we are seeking a highly skilled Fintech Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team.
About Us:
We are a fintech company bridging the banking and fintech worlds with our product suite of technology and payments, for over 10 years. Our software and digital payment solutions cater to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.
We have achieved significant milestones, such as listing on the NSE Emerge platform in Aug – 2021, with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar'24) and becoming an approved Merchant Payment Service Provider by NPCI. Our marquee clientele consists of 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.

About the Role:
This individual will collaborate closely with our sales team to identify client needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in payments and related technologies, alongside excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Gain a thorough understanding of NPST's product portfolio, features, benefits, and applications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the client's requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process, addressing client queries and concerns.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the client's business processes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the development of proposals, Tenders, RFP responses, and other sales-related documentation.
- Gather and relay client feedback to the product and development teams for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to provide insights for product enhancement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an exceptional individual with:
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of the Fintech industry segment and expertise in Pre-Sales.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architect role, preferably within the Fintech/Payments industry.
- Past experience managing multiple assessments with a proven track record.
- Good knowledge of Payment products like UPI, BBPS, IMPS and Merchant Acquiring platforms.
- Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
- A collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
