Bid Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our online bidding and sales initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and building lasting client relationships across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Identify and pursue new business opportunities via online platforms.
  • Brand Optimization: Maintain and optimize company profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Proposal Writing: Prepare tailored, persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight unique value propositions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed agreed performance goals while building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices in IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT business development and online bidding.
  • Proven track record of success in international markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
