Job Overview:

The Accounts Director will be responsible for overseeing the entire tender process, actively monitoring opportunities, advising on participation decisions and ensuring deadlines are met.

Key tasks include writing tender texts, building a text library and ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time. The incumbent will also oversee the progress of tender projects and ensure appropriate follow-up on submitted tenders.

  • Managing tender filings and applications
  • Reviewing tender documents and supervising compilation of materials
  • Preparing pre-qualification bids with standard company information
  • Monitoring bid management to ensure alignment with organizational requirements
  • Detailed reading and understanding of tenders and related documents
  • Understanding financial statements
  • Financial reporting and analysis including reviewing tender-wise profitability and cost reports
  • Ensuring adherence to internal financial controls
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for tax compliance, invoicing and audit purposes
Eligibility Criteria:

3-4 years' experience preferred in Tender processing

Key Skills:

Tender business knowledge, experience in using portals such as GeM and mahatender, financial tools and technology expertise, MS-Suite proficiency, and fluent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
