About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the tendering process, preparing and submitting bids, and coordinating with vendors. This role requires a strong understanding of e-procurement and tendering processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Tender Management

  • Manage GeM portal, creating categories, uploading products, and conducting tenders.
  • Handle E-tendering and respond to RFPs/RFQs, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with company requirements.

Tender Preparation and Submission

  • Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, FDRs, and DDs as per tender requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Clarify bid conditions, analyze tender documents, and prepare comparative statements to support business decisions.

Vendor Coordination

  • Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations, maintaining strong relationships.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare drawings using Coral Draw/Photoshop, supporting design teams.
  • Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks, including salary/attendance registers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and communication in English and Hindi, facilitating collaboration.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrating academic achievement.
  • Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering, showcasing expertise.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, driving success.
  • Experience liaising with government bodies is an asset, enhancing credibility.
