We develop projects such as cookstoves, mangroves, and agroforestry with in-house investments. We also manage carbon credit portfolios of our clients and help them realize revenues.

We offer sustainable solutions and services across various topics including carbon markets, renewable energy, environmental impact assessment, and corporate social responsibility compliance.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Manager with 2–6 years of relevant experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering and proposal development process for projects in carbon markets, renewable energy, environmental services, and NBS initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in tendering/proposals and be able to coordinate well with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in line with client and sector requirements.
  2. Review tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, BD) and tender experts to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.
  4. Draft and structure high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.
  5. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.
  6. Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.
  7. Ensure timely submission of proposals and post-submission follow-up with clients and partners.
  8. Support management in market research, pipeline development, and competitive analysis related to tendering.
Requirements
  • Qualification- Relevant
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in Tender Management in the field of Climate Change and sustainability.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects.
  • Experience working directly on tenders of organizations such as GIZ, World Bank, ADB, UNDP, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in drafting proposals for sustainability, carbon credits, or renewable energy projects.
  • Exposure to working with international donors, development banks, or corporates.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
