Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will strategize, implement, and optimize our online presence to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, hands-on experience with campaigns across multiple channels, and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop, manage, and execute the overall digital marketing strategy, aligning with the company's goals and brand vision.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Campaign Management
- Plan and manage campaigns, ensuring targeted reach, effective messaging, and optimization for maximum ROI.
- Conduct regular A/B testing, analyze outcomes, and implement best practices to refine ongoing and future campaigns.
- Content & SEO Management
- Oversee content creation, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and aligns with the brand's tone and objectives.
- Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Social Media & Community Engagement
- Lead social media strategy across all platforms, engaging with the audience, building brand presence, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content and manage online reputation.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on all digital marketing efforts, analyzing performance data to determine areas for improvement.
- Present insights and reports to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to enhance the team's digital marketing skills.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, design, product) to support cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in digital marketing, with proven expertise in managing large-scale campaigns and a track record of achieving KPIs.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, Hootsuite, or similar platforms).
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies, content marketing, email marketing, and social media management.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and trends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
