Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our natural gas conditioning, regulating, and metering skids projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and manage the execution of projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Lead a team of engineers, designers, technicians, and other project personnel, providing guidance, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure effective communication, coordination, and resolution of project-related issues.
  • Implement robust quality control measures to ensure that projects meet the required standards and specifications, adhering to relevant codes and regulations.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and other unfavorable outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of natural gas conditioning, regulating, and metering skids projects, including relevant technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Prepare project plans, progress reports, technical documentation, and other project-related deliverables as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 13-15 years of experience in managing natural gas conditioning, regulating, and metering skids projects.
  • Skills:
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects, including project planning, resource management, risk assessment, and budget control.
  • In-depth knowledge of natural gas conditioning, regulating, and metering skids, associated equipment, industry standards (e.g., API, ASME), and applicable codes and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, ensuring effective collaboration and achieving project objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
