Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Oil and Gas Project Leader to spearhead the execution of our Field Development Plan for an unconventional tight oil reservoir.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record in project management within the oil and gas industry, specifically in tight oil or unconventional reservoirs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of the Field Development Plan from planning through to execution.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and ensure seamless communication among technical, commercial, and operational groups.
  • Nurture client engagement and maintain alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic direction across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with technical and strategic objectives.
  • Drive performance and ensure deliverables meet the standards required in unconventional oil development.

Required Expertise:

  • Proven experience in project management within oil & gas, particularly in tight oil or unconventional reservoirs.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a collaborative approach to multi-team coordination.
  • Familiarity with field development planning and integrated asset management.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is also mandatory.
