Job Title: Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Supervisor

Description:
  • This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to supervise the quality assurance process and ensure that all products meet set standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Quality Inspection: Conduct regular quality inspections of packing and dispatch processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality control processes and procedures.
  • Packing Suppliers Audit: Conduct audits at vendor premises to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Quality Control Processes: Develop and implement quality control processes to optimize packaging and dispatch operations.
  • Packaging Materials Testing: Conduct tests on packaging materials to ensure they meet set standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize packaging and dispatch processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design teams and suppliers to optimize packaging for safety, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact.
  • Defect Identification and Rectification: Identify and rectify defects and failures in packaging and dispatch processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators for workstations and initiate measures to resolve or avoid problems.
  • Training and Development: Plan, assign, and assist in the training and development of employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of key packing processes for domestic and export projects.
  • Typically, 5-6 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques for optimizing processes and eliminating waste.
  • Leadership skills, including motivation and engagement of team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supervisory approaches and techniques.
  • Strong digital literacy and self-directed learning skills.
