Job Title: Process Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our process engineering group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and process engineering deliverables on time.

About the Role:

  1. You will oversee work progress and work-hour usage, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  2. Adhere to departmental and quality systems working instructions to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process designs, process calculations, and equipment data sheets.
  • Prepare piping and instrument diagrams (P&IDs) and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 18 years of experience in process departments of consultancy organizations or technical services departments of pharmaceutical/biotech/lifesciences companies.
  • Knowledge of simulation software such as HYSYS and ASPEN.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of layout designing for API, OSD, sterile, and biotech projects.
  • Sound knowledge of area classification and man material flow concepts.
