Operations Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee office operations from inception. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for creating efficient processes, organizing resources, and ensuring the seamless functioning of the office.

Your contributions will be pivotal in building a strong foundation for our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by management
  • Record and handle basic accounting entries such as sale, purchase, expense, etc.
  • Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) like daily attendance reports, detailed salary systems, inward-outward material entry, visitor registers, and others as needed
  • Perform administrative duties including generating office memos, official letters, forms, and sorting distributing incoming mail
  • Maintain daily records such as day books and cash books
  • Monitor CCTV cameras to supervise factory operations effectively
  • Manage employee records using Excel
  • Update and maintain contact books for individuals involved in factory-related activities
  • Negotiate with vendors and analyze quotations for cost-effective local purchases
  • Collaborate with production, quality teams to gather requirements and prioritize projects
