Job Title Quality Operator Location Bhiwadi Department Quality Assurance Production Reports To HR Manager Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Operator to support our quality control processes The Quality Operator will be responsible for inspecting products monitoring production quality conducting routine checks and ensuring all output meets company and regulatory standards This role plays a critical part in maintaining product consistency and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Perform quality checks on raw materials in-process products and finished goods Monitor production lines for compliance with internal specifications and quality standards Identify record and report any deviations defects or non-conformities Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality metrics Assist with calibration and maintenance of testing equipment Ensure adherence to company policies GMP Good Manufacturing Practices and relevant regulatory standards e g ISO FDA etc Communicate quality concerns to operators supervisors and relevant departments Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all health and safety guidelines during inspections and operations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent technical certification in quality control or related field is an asset Previous experience in quality assurance or inspection in a manufacturing or production environment Working Conditions Manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to noise machinery and varying temperatures May involve standing for long periods and repetitive tasks Use of personal protective equipment PPE as required Job Type Permanent Pay Up to 16 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Evening shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Work Location In person
