Job Title: Facilities Services

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced facilities management professional to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the technical manager in managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance within the facility.
  • Prepare critical spares lists for all installations as per manufacturers' recommendations and plan for inventory where maintenance is carried out with in-house teams.
  • Implement and oversee pre-emptive maintenance programs to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
  • Assist the technical manager to review maintenance service practices of M&E contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with manufacturer's recommendations.

Additional Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for all M&E installations.
  • Manage downtime, breakdowns, and arrange for ad-hoc M&E set-ups as per client requirements from time to time.
  • Ensure contractors follow house rules at all times and projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to clients.
  • Assume AFM responsibilities if needed.
  • Handle shifts independently on all engineering-related matters.
  • Reporting - contribute to weekly FM meeting minutes, monthly management reports to clients, and other reports as required.

  • Experience in facilities management is required.
  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
  • Knowledge of occupational safety requirements.
  • Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
