Leadership Role in Sales EnablementJob Description:The leader of sales enablement will be primarily responsible for driving the sales team's effectiveness through technology. This role will tap into advanced analytics and solutions to drive optimal sales processes and support the sales force. Responsibilities include:
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prioritizing enhancements and new features for digital products.
  • Managing geographical scope, including market/region alignment and deployment plans.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance product adoption.
  • Developing dashboards to assess user behavior and performance.
  • Analyzing and documenting business processes.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements for technical solutions.
  • Creating communications and training materials to assist teams in transitioning to digital platforms.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • CRM Analytics (EA) experience.
  • Dashboards development and maintenance.
  • Specialization in some areas.
  • Participation in special projects based on level or area of expertise.
Work Hours and Relocation Assistance:This role requires work hours from 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
