We aim to simplify project management and enhance the overall quality of our services. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Chief Executive Officer, located in Bengaluru. The Co-Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's overall operations, managing finances, and driving business planning and strategic initiatives.

Day-to-day tasks include managing construction sites, purchases, client servicing, sales & marketing, coordinating with various departments, ensuring financial stability, developing and executing business strategies, and fostering a high-performing organizational culture. The role also involves significant engagement in sales activities and strategic planning to ensure sustained growth and success. The positions demands high revenue growth, improved brand visibility, exquisite customer service and enhanced team productivity.

Qualifications (Experienced Architects/Engineers/MBA)Experience in a leadership role within the construction or architectural

Demonstrated success in managing bootstrapped Start-ups

Strong skills in Operations ManagementProficiency in Business Planning and Strategic PlanningExperience in Sales and driving business development initiatives

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work effectively on-site and engage with the teamMBA or related advanced degree is preferred
