As a Client Success Associate at Performance Launchpad, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients. You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives. This involves developing and implementing strategies to ensure client success and satisfaction, onboard new clients, and guide them through the implementation process.

Job Summary:

We seek a Client Success Associate to ensure our clients achieve their goals and maximise the value of our services. This role involves proactive client engagement, strategic consultation, and collaboration with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  3. Onboard new clients and guide them through the implementation process.
  4. Monitor client performance metrics and provide insights for optimisation.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, including sales, operations, and data.
  7. Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their account performance.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client success, account management, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or technology industries is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM and client management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
