This role involves building and executing a cross-border sales strategy to drive merchant acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Border Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust cross-border sales strategy, aligning with regional market needs and regulations.
  • Client Relationships: Engage with key partners, marketplaces, financial institutions, e-commerce platforms, and other relevant entities to promote global payments solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Contribute strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives across primary geographies, ensuring alignment with global growth objectives.
  • Value Propositions: Develop and present compelling value propositions for global payment solutions, tailored to meet international compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Negotiations and Contract Development: Lead negotiations and manage contract development, ensuring favorable terms that support client needs and objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of cross-border sales activities and seamless client onboarding.

Requirements:

Required Skills:
  • Cross-Border Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange.
  • International Markets: Expertise in international markets, with a proven track record in cross-border deal-making and managing global client relationships.
  • Revenue Targets: Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach.
  • Process Improvement: A proactive self-starter with the ability to innovate and improve processes independently.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward sales objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High-Pressure Situations: Ability to stay calm and effectively manage high-pressure situations.
  • Consultative Selling: Demonstrated consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value, cross-border deals.
