Data Insights Specialist

 Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to optimize digital campaigns and improve conversion rates by analyzing user behavior trends and drop-offs in marketing funnels. The successful candidate will develop advanced Excel skills using Macros, VBA, PivotTables, and Data Models to deliver actionable insights for customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize digital marketing funnels by identifying conversion bottlenecks and user behavior trends
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure campaign performance
  • Design and automate reports and dashboards for campaign effectiveness and funnel metrics

Support remarketing strategies by analyzing performance across Google Ads, Meta, and CRM tools, and provide insights to improve targeting, personalization, and re-engagement tactics.

 Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years' experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on digital marketing analytics
  • Expert-level Excel skills including Macros and VBA
  • Strong SQL skills for managing complex datasets

Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or Tableau is preferred, as well as experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, knowledge of customer lifecycle metrics and attribution models, and basic scripting knowledge in Python or R.
