Business Intelligence and Insights Professional

A successful Business Insight Professional will collect, organize, and analyze complex data to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain accurate, insightful reporting solutions and dashboards that meet stakeholder needs.
* Interpret granular data, analyze results, and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
* Manage and organize large datasets from various sources to identify patterns and trends.
* Use data analytics to understand customer behavior and improve marketing strategies.
* Drive standardization of reports across brands and teams.
Requirements:
* MBA or equivalent with a background in medicine, life sciences, marketing, statistics, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in business analytics, market research, pharmaceuticals, or digital marketing with strong technical skills.
* Expertise in MS Excel, SQL, Power Query, ETL tools, and statistical modeling or machine learning is preferred.
* Proficiency in R, Python, or similar statistical analysis tools is desirable.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
