Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Analyst. This exciting opportunity involves working with large datasets to extract valuable insights and drive data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in data analysis, specifically with ETL tools, Python, SQL, and business intelligence tools. A proven track record of analytical and problem-solving skills is essential for success in this role.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting Finance within the insurance industry
  • Hands-on experience with Vertica/Teradata for querying, performance optimization, and large-scale data analysis
  • Advanced SQL skills: proficiency in Python is a strong plus

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and have a deep understanding of statistical concepts, probability, and accounting standards.
