Job Opportunity: Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned and purpose-driven business intelligence professional to design and execute strategic data-driven solutions across the organization.

This leadership role involves building advanced analytics capabilities to enhance business outcomes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional leaders and take full ownership of outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize business processes by identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance business outcomes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools and techniques for efficient reporting, data visualization, and large dataset management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, integration workflows, and campaign measurement.
  • Deliver actionable insights to improve targeting, personalization, and re-engagement tactics.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts, building in-house data and reporting capabilities.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, with focus on digital transformation & data-driven strategy.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Macros, VBA).
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, data management, and complex dataset handling.
  • Proven experience in remarketing performance analysis and managing digital funnels across paid media, CRM, and owned channels.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
