Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned RevOps professional with 3-5 years of experience to oversee our complete go-to-market (GTM) operational engine. This includes systems, processes, reporting, and cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall revenue operations strategy across the sales funnel
  • Manage the GTM systems and tools stack, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity
  • Drive funnel visibility and reporting, defining key metrics and actionable insights
  • Standardize processes across the revenue cycle, from lead qualification to pipeline management and renewals
  • Collaborate with functional heads to align on metrics, data definitions, and operational workflows
  • Oversee CRM best practices and data hygiene, identifying areas for improvement and implementing automation or process enhancements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional RevOps initiatives end-to-end
  • Deep expertise with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
  • Strong knowledge of lead-to-cash processes and funnel metrics
  • Experience with reporting/BI tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable processes and systems
  • Experience working directly with leadership teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
